The Logistics Coordinator will be instrumental in managing and overseeing the entire logistics process for DABBAGH GROUP®. This position requires an individual who can coordinate various logistical elements, including shipping, inventory management, and customer communication, to ensure smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring smooth and efficient movement of goods.
- Utilize logistics IT systems to track shipments, inventory, and manage logistics operations.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and transport companies to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of goods.
- Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
- Organize warehouse, label goods, plot routes, and process shipments.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints from customers quickly and efficiently to maintain the company’s reputation.
- Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce as needed.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
- Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records.
- Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or in a similar role.
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated.
- Ability to work with logistics software to optimize processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle unforeseen delays and adjust logistics plans accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
