Job Description



As an Operations Manager at NowPay, you will be responsible in managing our credit and collections operations, enhancing our customer support SLAs as well as implementing NowPay growth strategy to increase our service adoption . You will lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our service offerings and ensure a seamless delivery of our financial services to our business partners and their employees. You will be responsible for overseeing various operational functions and managing our customer success team while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
This role requires a process-driven leader with excellent analytical skills & strong account management skills with a passion for fin-tech innovation and a strong commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities



Lead & coach operations teams nurturing a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Manage relationships with NowPay business partners, including employers and financial institutions (like Aman, bad debt collector..etc).
Collaborate with the sales teams to onboard new partners and expand our network.
Retain and manage conflicts with our business partners.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements to enhance service delivery.
Implement robust risk management processes to mitigate defaults.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas for optimization.
Lead cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Recruit, onboard, and train new team members as needed to support business growth

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business administration, finance or related field
4+ years experience in operations management, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry or in b2b2c context
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams to achieve goals.
Experience in onboarding, servicing, and maintaining enterprise clients
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and process improvement.
Hands-on account management experience.
Strong communication skills and strong stakeholder managing capabilities with the ability to collaborate effectiviely accross diverse teams
