What you’ll be doing:
You will be responsible for PayU Checkout powering millions of transactions across hundreds of thousands of merchants
You will be partnering with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to payments, affordability, data etc.
You will be responsible for payment experience across the devices, form – factors and payment flows.
You will be responsible influencing senior leadership on the overall checkout strategy and roadmap
You will be responsible for defining clear outcomes, translating them into qualitative objectives, and quantitative goals
What are we looking for:
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product management, preferably, on the customer experience products.
Understanding payments is desirable, albeit not compulsory.
Possess strong analytical/logical thinking skills and clarity of thought to identify and solve business problems
Ability to learn complex businesses very quickly, define problems accurately while paying attention to detail in the solution
Ability to manage and multi-task under tight deadlines
Strategic management perspective, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to engage with a large number of third-party teams to drive business effectiveness.
Ability to drive a large team towards targets at a daily, weekly and monthly level.
