Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to ensure the smooth operation of systems.
Troubleshoot issues and implement effective workarounds.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high system availability and performance.
Monitor systems and proactively identify potential issues.
Document processes, solutions, and knowledge for future reference.
Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
Requirements:
Minimum Required Experience is 2 years.
Experience working with SQL / MySQL / MongoDB or any database and writing simple queries to get Data for debugging issues.
Must have hands on experience on L1/L2 support.
Knowledge on with any of the languages like JAVA, Python, PHP, Shell Scripting, Node.JS, JavaScript, UNIX/ LINUX etc.
Excellent analytical and logical thinking.
Quick troubleshooting and diagnosing skills.
Problem-solving and debugging skills.
Working knowledge of any programming language to DEBUG CODE. 8. Web-application / MOBILE debugging skills
