Job Summary:


Under the supervision of the World Area Leader, the Customer Experience Manager is accountable for the day-to-day activities related to, project management & doc control, Trade Compliance of VOS value stream.  This position has responsibility to provide direction and build a team to lead our efforts to provide customer service establishing internal processes and functions to deliver consistent and timely information to our clients during the entire quote to cash process.


In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:


  • Quotation & Pre Order Engineering (Trade India),  Project Management & Doc Control (All VOS Orders)
  • Project Management organization will be critical to deliver best in class project execution and support business growth.
  • Drive the team to achieve High level of RSDL (>90%) in all functions
  • Lead the team to achieve timely submission of quotes and PMO activities
  • Manage employee objectives, annual performance reviews, employee training needs and employee development plans
  • Timely & clean order handover to value stream
  • Provide inputs to value stream leader on S&OP and POR
  • Implementing and improving functional process and its procedures 

Customer Service:


  • Post Order Management
  • Clean Order entry
  • Timely Customer OA
  • Dropship order management
  • Timely customer invoicing
  • Trade compliance

Project Management & Doc control


  • Follow ACT’s global PMO processes in all VOS supplies
  • Internal and external project handover meetings and manage PEP / Project schedule as per project agreed terms
  • Customer KOM / PIM as per project requirements
  • Document transmittals
  • Project profitability reporting to management at handover, BOM release & As Ship
  • CRS and change order management
  • Customer RFI management for inspections
  • Project close outs and lessons learnt session internal and external as needed

For This Role, You Will Need:


  • Bachelor / Diploma in Engineering
  • Minimum 8-10 Years Operations and Supervisory experience in the manufacturing industry 
  • Strong leadership skills and abilities 
  • Committed to ongoing personal growth and skill enhancement through training and development courses
  • Excellent verbal and written skills coupled with strong MS Office skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong organization and planning skills

Preferred Requirements:


  • MBA / Equivalent
  • PMP Certified
  • Experience in MIS reporting in an ERP based manufacturing industry
  • Minimum 5 Years Operations and Supervisory experience in the manufacturing industry preferably related to actuators, control valves and instrumentation
