Salary Range: INR 18,000 - 25,000 per month

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Elevator Technician to join our team in Coimbatore. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing elevator systems, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety standards.

• Install, maintain, and repair various types of elevator equipment.
  
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with elevator systems, including mechanical and electrical components.
  
• Respond to emergency calls for elevator malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work, inspections, and repairs performed on elevator systems.
  
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for the procurement of parts and equipment.
  
• Provide technical training and guidance to junior technicians.
  
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
  
• Communicate effectively with clients, building managers, and team members regarding elevator functions and maintenance schedules.
  

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant field.
  
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in elevator installation, maintenance, or repair.
  
• Knowledge of hydraulic and traction elevator systems.
  

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Excellent mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
  
• Good physical condition and ability to work at heights.
  
• Proficient in safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Must be available for on-call duties and emergency response outside of standard working hours.
  
• Prior experience with specific brands of elevators may be preferred.
  
• Certification from a recognized Elevator Technician program is highly desirable.
