What role will you play as a member of the Colgate’s Information Technology team?
The candidate is responsible for business facing support & development for various applications in the End User Computing Area W&CS . The role requires the person to act as an expert for the global business processes within the function, lead the execution of different projects activities and ensure the smooth execution of critical business processes.
The person will be required to collaborate with business teams / technical teams and IT counterparts for daily support incidents and project activities in different business areas across all geographies.
Ability to understand the requirements related to business problems and transform that into a solution design.
The Executive Associate - End User Computing MDM System Administrator is accountable for ensuring the effective operation of the End User Computing MDM System environment through administration of the global End User Computing MDM System infrastructure
Sound knowledge on application Virtualization (VMware Horizon Preferred)
Able to provision the applications required for business purposes.
Needs to ensure the security compliance of Colgate’s workstations and Servers.
In addition candidate is also responsible for the resolution of the production incidents related to OSD or software deployment with minimum business impact
Workspace ONE operations knowledge
Patch management
Windows Operating System - Windows 10 , 11
Analytics skill for reporting and inventory
