Engineer - MDM Platform

As an MDM Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions utilizing platforms Reltio/Informatica/Profisee and SQL/Python scripting. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, quality and accessibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure MDM solutions using Reltio, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Develop and maintain data models, workflows, and business rules within the MDM platform.
• Perform data analysis and profiling to identify data quality issues and recommend solutions for data cleansing and enrichment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Support data integration efforts by creating and optimizing SQL queries and
• Python scripts to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into the MDM system.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption of MDM tools and processes.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies related to MDM and data management.

• B. E / B. Tech or equivalent
• 1 - 3 years of experience working with MDM technologies, such as Reltio, Profisee, Informatica MDM, IBM MDM, or Tibco MDM, in a professional setting.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Knowledge of Python scripting for data processing and automation.
• Familiarity with data modelling concepts and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
