About the department
The position is based in the Production Infrastructure (PI) area, part of Global IT Operations (GITO) – a department with 400+ employees distributed across more than 25 countries, managing our IT Infra compliance, Cloud Services, Infrastructure Services, Operations, IT Support, Major Incident Management and Digital Workplace Services. The Production Infrastructure is an area consisting of global Product teams with highly skilled and dedicated employees, supporting production sites infrastructure services across the globe. We have a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, and we work in a truly global setup with colleagues located all over the world.
The Position
As a Agile People Leader, you will be managing team of 20+ employees and attract, develop, and retain talent in the department with a strong focus of having an agile & growth mind. You will be analysing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies. It will be expected of you to empower and delegate employee’s responsibilities and track their accountabilities and share regular feedback. You will consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent and emphasizes the identified mission, vision, guiding principles, and values of Novo Nordisk. You will lead employees using a performance management and development process that provides an overall context and framework to encourage employee contribution and includes goal setting, feedback, and performance development planning.
