Job Description :
Reporting
  • OPS Decks- Coordinate the compiling information
  • Plan Decks- Coordinate the compiling information
  • GMAR consolidation
  • Month End Close file maintenance and publishing
  • Scheduling month end meetings
  • Run and Publish Multi Dims files
  • Business Review material for ACVS and Intrusion
Transformation
  • MVA
  • Coordinating with ACVS and Intrusion Transformation Leads
  • Monthly reporting with Initiative owners
  • Tying out Transformation to P&L
  • Analysis as to where SP is doing well and what areas need further attention

CAPEX
  • Monthly reporting
  • Tying out Actuals to plan/outlook
  • Reporting on details
  • Coordinating with OPS/Engineering to forecast spend
  • Annual Plan and monthly outlook
  • Creating CARS
  • Working with GP Team to push CARS thru

Requirement and Qualifications :
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent experience in Accounting/Finance
  • Graduate degree in finance, data science or business management – solid grounding in financial fundamentals a requirement
  • Strong data modeling and data visualization skills in Excel and Excel VBA and PowerBI
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions
  • Detail oriented and with ability to work under pressure and mentally resilient
  • Flexibility, patience, and ability to adapt to dynamic challenges with changing business priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively with speed, ability to multi task and meet tight deadlines
  • Desire to accelerate their career path through a challenging and rewarding experience.

  • Have been in your position for not less than 12 months.
  • FY23 Performance should be minimum “Consistently Meets Expectations” or higher
  • Employees on active warning letters andin PIP for last 6 months are not eligible to apply
  • Employees with required education/qualification background can only apply which meets the job description
  • Upon selection in one IJP,employee will not be considered for another role and application will cease to exist
  • Fresh graduates/postgraduates during their training period are not allowed to apply.
