Position title: M365 System Engineer

REPORTING TO:   Senior Manager

SUMMARY OF ROLE AND OBJECTIVES:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced M365 Administrator/Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, and management of our M365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other related services. You will also work closely with our users to provide technical support and training.

ROLE & OBJECTIVES:

Specific Assignments:

• • Deploy, configure, and manage M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other related services.
  • Migrate users and data to M365 from on-premises systems.
  • Configure security settings and permissions.
  • Monitor the health and performance of M365 services.
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve user problems.
  • Stay up to date on the latest M365 features and best practices.
  • Work with other IT staff to maintain and improve our IT infrastructure.

Required

• Hands on Experience on Microsoft O365 and M365
• Handled M365/ SharePoint /Teams Migration
• Good scripting experience on PowerShell
• Good Knowledge in Azure Cloud or GCP
• Knowledge in backup and Storage Commvault
• Good troubleshooting Knowledge in Windows server
• Experience in implementing best security and performance standards in terms of email solutions.
• Should have worked in operations team & aware of Incident Management
• High affinity towards modern technology and cloud

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

3+ years of experience in administering M365 or a similar cloud-based collaboration platform.

Cloud certifications in Azure -Good to Have

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable education
• Certification ITIL Foundation V3 highly appreciated, but not mandatory.
• Languages: Fluent English
