We are looking for a marketing executive who will primarily support i) XCM & digital marketing campaigns, ii) social media content & performance management, iii) lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition & engagement for Amazon Fashion. This will give the candidate an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse set of areas including brand campaigns, branded integrations & collaboration, influencer marketing and also customer lifecycle.
The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and be comfortable working across complex processes. To be successful in this role, a candidate should have good analytical thinking, good communication and prioritization skills. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment will require autonomously taking control and responsibility for achieving the objectives of the role.
Key job responsibilities
• Support the marketing team by owning execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns across XCM, and social media channels.
• Design and implement promotions and cashback initiatives across different categories on Fashion to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
• Synthesize, analyze and report performance metrics. Track and monitor performance of the promotions campaigns.
• Support the social media team with scheduling of posts and stories and maintaining, tracking and reporting performance of posts.
• Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on projects and take relevant action on insights gained.
• Own the execution of offsite marketing campaigns and onsite promotional campaigns during high velocity events.
• Developing, testing and analyzing new promotion constructs to increase conversion rates and sharing them within the organization. Experimenting & optimizing promotion constructs to increase overall business impact.
• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to ensure marketing campaigns are launched in time.
