Targets and Deliverables:

• Join the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Level 2 support Team to provide support to multiple regional entities.
• Execute and manage all responsible activities, including the analysis of business processes conducted by users.
• Review complex issues and communicate with customers to understand their concerns, ensuring they are informed of the status and solution progress.
• Utilize troubleshooting tools such as event logs and performance traces to assist in resolving customer issues.
• Analyze issues and prepare Gap-Fit documents for development, providing assistance to the technical team.
• Guide users on steps to recover or resolve issues effectively.
• Be available to work in shifts as required.
• Maintain a track record of SLA compliance on tickets.
