1. ROLE SPECIFICATION :
   1. Identify buildability issues to the Design Team up front.
   4. Manage Long Lead Equipment, Tracking, Logistics, coordination between services between the Design Team, vendors.
   5. Manage and Identify Risk Issues with each item, including time or cost impacts.
   7. Manage on-site interfaces between services, and undertake a QA review of the Client Standards, identifying deviations or issues and resolving them.
   8. Document lessons learned for future projects
   9. Manage sub-contractor commissioning and testing of systems against the Equipment vendor commissioning and maintenance requirements.
   10. Review and monitor the program, site progress and quality of works
   11. Review the working programs and mitigation process in the event of delays.
   12. Routine site walks with QA/QC Team to educate that EPCM /GC and Packaged Contractors Site and QA/QC Team are aware on the Project Requirement and Specification.
   13. Routine site walks with EPCM /GC and Packaged Contractors Safety Team to have a Safe Working Environment
   14. Making sure logistic arrangement prior to delivery of equipment’s

Experience, Education, Skillset and Certification :
1. Multiple years of progressive responsibility of construction management experience
2. Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Civil / Constructions Engineering, Construction Project Management, or Construction Management
