A Day in the Life
1.Market Analysis and Strategy Development
ØConduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the medical surgical segment.
ØDevelop strategic business plans and go-to-market strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
ØBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including surgeons, hospital administrators, purchasing managers, and distributors.
ØCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends.
2.New Business Development
ØIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, including new product launches, partnerships, and distribution channels.
ØNegotiate contracts and agreements with customers and partners to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

ØProvide sales teams with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively promote and sell medical surgical products.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
ØBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
ØMinimum of 6-9 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare industry, with a focus on medical devices or surgical products.
ØProven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
ØStrong understanding of the medical surgical market landscape, including knowledge of key players, trends, and regulatory requirements.
ØExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
ØStrategic thinker with analytical mindset, capable of translating market insights into actionable business plans.
