Amazon is seeking 'Team Lead' for its Transportation team.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for management of daily shifts, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with upstream and downstream teams.
- Tracking and reporting of ATS/labor hours
- Continuously improve the SC process and attain a sustained level of performance standard.
- Initiate improvements to enhance quality standards, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work.
- Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve the performance.
- Implement the formal process control and process improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen
- Identifying and addressing safety hazards within the work area
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Jaipur, RJ, IND
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience in an operational role
