Technical Architect
Bangalore (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. As a hands-on position working with Scrum teams, you will act as a ‘force multiplier,’ coaching, mentoring, and serving as an escalation point for Engineers within your area. In this role, you will have a lot of variety, ranging from designing architecture, pair programming, helping Engineers debug issues to working with Product Managers on how to achieve product requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Lead teams in devising solutions to business problems that align with business objectives and architectural guidelines.
• Ensure standards and practices are observed by coaching other developers and helping them improve their skills and understanding.
• Actively seek to improve not only the software but also the working practices within the team.
• Coach other developers by demonstrating better coding practices and helping improve their skills and understanding.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Implement common design patterns and be equipped to research and learn new patterns when encountering new problems.
• Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, and maintainable code.
• Good exposure to design patterns, CQRS, and mediator patterns will be a plus.
• Experience towards Clean architecture, event-driven architecture would be good.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Good experience with Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Strong experience using front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or NextJS.
• Strong experience with .NET Core, Microservices, SQL or Cosmos DB, or any other NoSQL Databases.
• Extensive exposure to cloud-based development, preferably Azure.
• Good working knowledge of containers (Docker) and Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, pipelines (or equivalent).
• Good working experience in CI/CD, Unit, and Integration testing.
