JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for conducting the communication of the corporate image through social media.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Monitors company online communities and presence;
2. Makes initial responses to inquiries, complaints, comments, and other contacts generated
through social media and coordinates escalations or further communications;
3. Pushes the company message to online communities, media, analysts and the general public;
4. Creates marketing opportunities to drive favorable coverage by building relationships with
social network influencers;
5. Works on Employer Branding and the employer value proposition.
6. Maintains the social network pages, blog and micro-blogging content for internal and external
communications;
7. Stays up-to-date with the latest trends and changes of Social Media Industry Knowledge;
8. Respects all of the companys internal rules, policies and procedures;
9. Analyzes and fills all required reports on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly bases;
10. Sets a good example regarding punctuality, hygiene, attendance and attitude;
11. Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as assigned by the direct Manager.
