We are currently seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to join our team. As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that each guest has a memorable and enjoyable stay at our hotel.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest requests are met. Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities. Assist with guest check-out and billing process. Monitor guest feedback and take proactive steps to address any issues. Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby area for guests.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Previous hospitality experience is preferred. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
