Associate Product Manager

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible to gather customer requirements and define their vision with across 3-4 geographically dispersed engineering teams as well as overseeing product strategy. You also need to be comfortable in escalating issues within the client organization, and have the ability to be an integrator and lead the team of much senior individuals towards the end goal.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Making a product plan and ensuring that everyone on the team understands the scope. This includes Product Roadmaps, Quarter and Sprint planning.  
• Having regular meetings with client product managers and management team to communicate status. 
• Assigning hours(budget) to various activities and getting buy-in from all resources on appropriateness of allocation.
• Identifying risks, internal and external, upfront and have a plan in place to manage them.
• Having regular meetings with different internal teams and streams to ensure a smooth product delivery.  Cross functional collaboration is a key aspect of the job.
• Maintaining Product Documentation and Backlog 
• Requirements gathering and designing functional flows for features 
• Market and competitive research and analysis

Must-Have Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• A sharp mind and polished analytical skills 
• Attention to detail, and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or Social Sciences.
