Testing, Test Coordination/Optimization and Automation
Application lifecycle management and IT Asset Ownership to Point of contact for all application related requests.
Accountable for the ongoing enhancement, maintenance, and governance of applications, respectively to create and plan, in line with company policies and frameworks.
Provides Level 3 application support as/when required.
Vendor management
Facilitate requirements preparation and providing them to vendors
Contract maintenance.
Vendor KPI creation and maintenance
Vendor SLA creation and maintenance
Manage software licenses, security certificates and contracts with service providers.
Stakeholder management, e.g., end users, project managers, business analysts, quality managers, release managers and application vendors
Ensure policy-compliance for risk and control items such as RACER, SOX, ASG, ISP, Audit, etc.
