Job Summary Responsible for providing administrative support in carrying out compensation surveys and development of compensation plans. Processing of monthly payroll and administration of all employee benefit policies and ensuring compliance to statutes concerning employees. Facilitation, compilation and analysis of the Performance Appraisal process.
Roles & Responsibilities
Administer the execution of employee benefits such as Insurances and other allowances, where applicable as per company policy.
Assist the Head of Human Resources in ensuring compliance with employee related statutes.
Provide data for participation in salary surveys and analyze findings in order to develop new salary bands.
Support the Head of Human Resources in the formulation, implementation and review of employee benefit policies.
Processing the monthly payroll of all management and non-management staff.
Process the final settlements of resigned employees after obtaining clearance from relevant departments.
Administration of Health Insurance issues related to its claims and pre-approvals etc.
Ensure that life insurance coverage is given to every employee across the board and administer the activities related to Group Life Insurance.
Facilitate the smooth flow of the performance appraisal process and implement subsequent changes in the HRIS.
Administer the leave management process for all locations and maintain record.
