Data Management - Knowledge of data management principles and techniques, including data import/export, master data management, data cleansing, and data migration to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the ERP system.
Business Process Understanding - Understanding the organization's business processes and how they are supported by the ERP, front-end and back-application systems to work with business requirements.
Database Management - SQL server

5-10 Years experience in Retail IT Solutions (SAP ERP, POS, ESL, CRM) Administration and technical Support including Integration monitoring.
Well experienced in SQL Server and database administration including recovery, restore and troubleshooting.
Experienced in retail IT operation and day to day support for the Front-End users.
Required Experience in Servers Administration and support across all the business units.
Required 5-10 years’ Experience in Scale Solution management across all the sites.
Required Experience in Networking, Infrastructure, VPN, IPVPN, FTP management.
Required Knowledge in Self-checkout solution and Electronic shelve label solution.
Required knowledge in 3rd party omni channels solution management & integration.
Knowledge of back-office functionality (Master data, Vendor, Inventory, Sales Management).
Day to day support for the back-office users (Commercial, Operation, Finance).
Experience in CCTV Solution Management with Contractor.
Required Experience in Biometric Application management across the units.
