- Accurately record financial transactions related to real estate properties. This includes tracking property income, expenses, and any other financial movements.- Maintain the general ledger by posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring data accuracy.- Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines, accounting principles, and relevant regulations (both local and international).- Assist in preparing VAT, Zakat & Tax-related documents, such as VAT returns, WHT return filing.- Collaborate with auditors during external audits.- Assist in preparing financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement).- Support Finance Manager to generate periodic reports for management, highlighting key financial metrics and performance indicators.- Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments to vendors, contractors, and service providers.- Maintain AP records and reconcile vendor statements.- Issue invoices to tenants or clients for rent, property management fees, or other services.- Monitor AR aging, follow up on outstanding payments, and manage collections.- Support Finance Manager in preparation of budgets.- Use historical data and market trends to project future financial performance. Adjust forecasts based on changing circumstances.- Monitor lease agreements, calculate rent payments, and track lease terms.- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., microsoft dynamics, SAP, or industry-specific real estate software).- Ability to use spreadsheets (Excel or Word) for data analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor in the field of Commerce, Finance, and Accounting.- Strong understanding of accounting aspects like balance sheets, cash flow management, business forecast, and profitability.- Strong communication and skills in inter-department coordination.- Adept in data analysis, interpretation, and use of modern accounting techniques.- Ability to prepare detailed and accurate reports within the given timeframe as per requirements.- Ability to handle relevant software like Microsoft Dynamics, MS word and excel for efficient preparation of reports and statements.- Must be bilingual (English and Arabic).- Must be Saudi national and registered with SOCPA.- Problem-solving skills to address financial challenges.- Prioritizing work and meeting deadlines.
