Overview of the role:
The EComm Manager/ Digital Manager oversees the development and utility of the brands. The holder will be required to conduct research on effective website layouts and features, advise on evidence-based and experimental changes to the platforms, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics.
The job holder will be responsible for collaborating with cross functional partners to manage all aspects of the ECommerce business including business planning, content strategy, promotional campaigns, website design, user experience, customer service, web analytics and technologies.
