The suitable candidate will be responsible for maintenance/repair works & services including but not limited to:
Inspection & testing of all hydraulic safety systems, well control modules & components. If inspection shows any deficiency, the item shall immediately be replaced or tested as specified in the relevant code.
Service all Modules in accordance with the existing design on the specific Well-head tower. Also, perform calibrations of Hydraulic Systems.
Participate in the Risk Assessment exercise and furnish necessary documents and information as required.
Repair/service Hydraulic Systems, Well Control Modules (WCM), telemetry Interface Panels (TIM), Accumulator Racks, etc., as required.
Preparation of Method Statement & Drafting of Risk Assessment forms, As-built documentation, Testing Procedures and Inspection & Final testing & certification report.
