Job Summary:
Responsible for delivering client-facing services including the advisory, management and co-ordination of various climate change, sustainability and/or social value related activities on projects and/or programmes. Support work winning, and the delivery of Mace's 2026 business plan and Responsible Business strategy.
You’ll be responsible for:
Working with Suppliers and Enterprises to drive social value outcomes.
Leading outreach and engagement initiatives, including visits to schools and universities to promote the work we are doing and attract talent to the sector / programme.
Working with charities / SME’s to help enable volunteering initiatives.
Ensuring equity and fairness across the programme and supply chain in terms of working practices / pay / modern slavery etc.
Community / stakeholder engagement to ensure we are delivering on our Social Value pledges.
You’ll need to have:
Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
Qualifications: Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Post Graduate Degree, Etc) (or equivalent).
Practical experience in the following sectors would be beneficial: Infrastructure (e.g., rail, highways, aviation, defence, energy, utilities, nuclear).
