Job Description Qualifications:

The Boeing Company is seeking a Software Engineer Graduate to join our team located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This programme commences July 2024 and will be a 6 months full time, fixed term contract.

Position Responsibilities

This is a Software Engineer role.  Your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• System Development Life Cycle / Software Engineering Activates (Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation and maintenance)

  
  

• Involved with the development & modifications to new and existing software products

  
  

• Integration of software components into a fully functional software system.

  
  

• Implementation and design of relation and non-relation databases

  
  

• Assist with UI software design, coding and, unit/integration testing of features/user stories

  
  

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

  
  

• Comfortable performing development and integration in languages such as C/C++ and Python.

  
  

• Experience in development using JavaScript/TypeScript with a JavaScript-based framework such as React, Angular, or Vue

  
  

• Experience in web development and related technologies including HTML and CSS

  
  

• Experience with Git and CI/CD.

  
  

• Strong problem-solving, algorithms and troubleshooting skills.

  
  

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  
  

Key Relationships:

• You will report to a Senior Manager.

  
  

• You will work under the supervision of the Technical Lead.

  
  

This requisition is for an international, locally hired position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable Saudi Arabia law. Employment is subject to the candidate's ability to satisfy all Saudi Arabia labor and immigration formalities.
