About the role

Work Location            : Istanbul, Turkey


In this role, you'll join our dynamic Foodservice team, a cornerstone of strategic growth within Kerry Group, significantly impacting our business and helping us deliver our strategy and vision. Your primary focus is to drive growth through the brand marketing deliverables across Turkey whilst working in alignment with the Foodservice Head of Sales, and the wider Foodservice commercial team.



This role offers an exciting opportunity to cultivate valuable insights, spearhead innovative marketing endeavors, and implement strategic plans for the foodservice sector throughout Turkey, with a special focus on DaVinci Gourmet and Krater brand. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll champion top-tier executions, leveraging your skill in uncovering insights to craft a robust go-to-market strategy that harmonizes with our business objectives and maximizes growth prospects.




Key responsibilities

Strategy/ Brand Management


  • Own, develop and execute a localized Turkey Foodservice plan for our DaVinci Gourmet and Krater brands.
  • Execute best-in-class trade shows and activations.
  • Develop strong and engaging social media plans.
  • Review success of marketing activation plans for FS against key KPIs.
  • Drive demand creation and performance aligned to account plans.
  • Consumer Insights/ NPD Pipeline
  • Stay well-informed of changes in competitive landscape and to enable design differentiated strategies and positioning.
  • Own and develop a comprehensive understanding of current channel / dynamics, consumer trends, key customers positions and strategies, etc.
  • Develop the local NPD pipeline for both Foodservice brands (DaVinci Gourmet and Krater)
  • Partner with regional insights team to deliver compelling proprietary market and consumer insights that drive and support channel / Sub-Region strategic commercial decisions.
  • Use data to assess success of previous campaigns/ initiatives and recommend corrective action where necessary.

Qualifications and skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or product management, preferably within the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry, ideally in a multinational company setting.
  • Strong in analyzing consumer, marketing, and sales data with strong analytical capabilities to anticipate both internal and external customer needs.
  • Proven ability in project time management, adept at handling multiple details and deadlines within a matrix organization.
  • Strong consulting and facilitation skills, characterized by diplomacy and collaboration.
  • A genuine passion for engaging actively across all business sectors. 
  • Proficiency in business-level English language communication is essential.
