Engineer, Global QMS

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented engineer to join us as a “Global QMS Engineer” with in  Global Quality Department. 

This position reports to the Global QMS Leader and supports the development and maintenance of TPI Quality Management Systems. 

It is expected that the individual in this role possesses knowledge of quality management systems and end to end process management approach.  Key stakeholders of this position include Global Functions, Regional QMS responsible, and Global IT Team.

What will be your contributions:

• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems.
• Provide support in developing, monitoring and controlling the software’s and their user acceptance testing, used for management systems.
• Provide support in planning the drawing of processes within the process tree, reviewing processes involving relevant business units, or adding new processes.
• Ensure that actions are taken and followed up with related stakeholders for system development and improvement needs.
• Provide support in understanding the needs of business units, drawing end-to-end processes as needed, and identifying alert points.
• Conduct Process Mining, establish processes, review existing company processes, propose improvement and process development solutions when necessary, and coordinate with process owners.
• Collaborate with process stakeholders to track action plans for implementing projects within targeted timeframes in Global Projects.
• Support in periodically reviewing quality procedures, processes, and policies to identify opportunities for standardization and improvement.
• Suggest standardization and optimization opportunities for internal processes and procedures.
• Support the effective use of documentation management system and continuous improvement.
• Support standardization efforts and contribute to benchmark activities between global sites.
• Track defined global quality initiative objectives to improve Quality Management Systems.
• Create audit plans to oversee the global QMS audit program and identify gaps for improvement.
• Evaluate global policies/procedures to address identified gaps and work towards their creation.

What will be decisive:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering. 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
• Preferably skilled in QDMS, Visio, Ensemble, ARIS, or similar integrated management systems software.
• Experience in process management, process mining, lean management, and 5S practices is preferred.
• Proficiency in process improvement tools such as SIPOC, Problem Solving and Analysis Techniques, A3.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with a requirement of Visio usage.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Quality-oriented mindset with a strong sense of task consciousness.
• Openness to change and development.
• Excellent teamwork, analytical thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in planning and organization.
• Willingness to travel with no restrictions.
• High level of organizational and planning skills.
• Strong capability in  process improvement.
