Role Description: We are looking for an Inventory Control and Quality Assurance to be part of the fulfilment centre Inventory Control and Quality team. The fulfilment centres are fast-paced and high reward environments, where adherence to policies and procedures is key. We need the right type of team member to ensure that we deliver as reliably as ever to our customers.
What You'll Do:- You will be the inventory control and quality assurance team on site in OPEX team.
- You will coordinate inventory control maintenance and random counts in accordance with network count strategies ensuring compliance and consistency.
- You will measure quality, inventory integrity, and accuracy while providing proactive feedback to the operations management team.
- You will review to help and analyse customer complaints and process defect data, follow up with action plans to reduce future incidents.
- Develop an expert understanding of inventory systems and process in the fulfilment centre and provide support and problem-solving skills where possible.
- Ensure KPI’s are reviewed on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and perform quality analysis on any behaviours or processes that could impact inventory integrity.
- Measure inventory adjustments and report findings to operations leadership.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate inventory data, documentation, and compliance records
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, quality issues, and operational challenges in a timely manner
- Implement and improve inventory control processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
Who You Are:- Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments such as logistics, industrial engineering exc.
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Experience in coaching or leading a team
- Strong analytical skills, knowledge in the field of problem solving.
- You are highly reliable to lead business functions around the clock.
- Ability to learn new skills and information and adapt to changes and deliver results, whilst working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to influence varying levels of seniority within an organisation.
- Work experience in a logistics or warehousing or similar environment is a big plus
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in Turkish and English.
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in engineering departments.
- Experience in related areas for 2-5 years.
- Work experience in a logistics or warehousing or similar environment.
- Basic understanding of Lean & Six Sigma methodology
- Capable of working the entire MS Office suite, especially Excel
- Demonstrated problem solving & analytical skills
- Inventory & Quality Assurance Management experience
