Ensure production capacity, high quality and continuous improvement. Plan and coordinate the production; catch customer deadlines in time, manage raw materials inventory aging management.
Manage relationships with production partner in all levels; Support workers on site, work, provide trainings for workers and engineers.
Ensure the continuity of the production; proactively detect and highlight the production requirements in advance, solve technical problems in production, work with Huawei Support Center to escalate issues to get results.
Understand the business requirements, company processes & policies, and be able to design new process and procedures to improve the business control and the high quality.
Manage performance of the production facility, Perform Audits to check efficiency and process compliance; Report audit results, highlight pain points, offer solutions, define actions, follow up progress and get results; establish continuous improvement in operational efficiency and business control.
