ABOUT THE TEAMTrendyol's Core Commerce Division strategically unites and transforms commerce into a journey of innovation, efficiency, and growth. At the heart of Trendyol's operations, our Core Commerce Team drives our commercial strategy, charting a course towards sustainable development and profitable growth.
Within this framework, our umbrella encompasses Category, Category Planning, Project Development, Marketplace, Services, International Fashion, and Global Platform teams, each a vital cog in our commercial strategy.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing partnership with financial institutions to meet sellers' financing needs (negotiation on financial and technical terms, execution follow-up)
- Understanding the seller behavior and financial needs to be able to craft the best journey at Trendyol
- Defining target product features including underlying infrastructure requirements (analytical models, API integration layers etc.)
- Preparing the strategic roadmap for seller financing, setting yearly commercial targets together with the planning team and reaching those targets by orchestrating continuous process improvements, campaigns and other business levers
- Partnering with Marketing, Analytics, Marketplace and Technology teams to deliver planned roadmap
QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 5- 8 years experience (2-3 years SME segment experience in banking, fintech finance sector or consulting)
- Experienced in product management, business development and project management
- Exceptional communication, persuasion and team working skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Risk knowledge and advance analytics experience is a plus
- Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- High level analytical skills
