Perform efficient & effective internal Shari'ah Audit assignments based on the annual audit plan approved by the ISSC in coordination with the Audit Committee.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provide internal report on the Shari ah auditing task, and propose a suitable
Act in accordance with the approved internal Shari'ah Audit plan, and submit a report reflecting the results, including auditor opinions\suggestions
Following up the Shari'ah audit remark as stated in the Shari'ah Audit Manual
Performing special Shari'ah audit assignments as required every now and then.
Assisting in preparing/updating of various relevant documents of the department, e.g.: Manual, Checklists... etc.
KEY SKILLS :
Professional certificate in Shari’ah and Islamic Banking Audit from one of the organizations that support Islamic Finance like the Accounting and Auditing Organization for IFIs (AAOIFI) and the General Council for Islamic Banks And Financial Institutions (CIBAFI). It is also preferable to have a professional certificate in auditing issued by an international organization,
Have strong command of English and reasonable commend of Arabic.
Carrying out internal Sharia'a Auditing on all Bank's activities, and discussing any Sharia'a Audit related matters with the concerned employee in accordance with the annual audit plan approved by the ISSC in coordination with the Audit Committee.

Minimum Experience:
Minimum practical experience of five years in Shari’ah internal audit.
Academic qualification:
University degree in Islamic Shari’ah.
Certified AAOIFI
Language Skills:
Strong in both oral and written : Arabic & English.
