Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Environmental & Compliance Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background knowledge and working experience in the fields of, inter alia, environmental auditing, environmental site assessments, environment assurance and compliance, and environmental management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for the environmental compliance and auditing unit, helping to drive forward business development in the sector, including with regards to writing proposals and participating in conferences and events Conduct site environmental monitoring visits to ensure environmental protection measures are being implemented during project construction Conduct environmental due diligence assessments for clients, including site assessments, risk assessments and compliance audits Become a key member of the senior leadership team within the environmental division Analyse environmental data and prepare comprehensive reports on environmental performance, including trends and analysis and recommendations for improvement Stay current with environmental regulations, industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative and effective environmental consulting services Assist in the generation of repeat work with clients Delivery of environmental consultancy projects to high levels of quality within project deadlines Where applicable, development of strong relationships with existing and new clients through project delivery Provide guidance and leadership to more junior team members and provide formal mentorship and line management Provide both a project management and project director role for specific, separate, projects Project management of a variety of projects of varying complexity and scale Quality assurance of project work undertaken by others Manage both the technical and commercial aspects of projects Contribution to the continued growth of the environmental division Build and oversee team development Management of multiple client relationships
Essential Skills:
Bachelors degree in an Environmental discipline Minimum 8 years experience Certified ISO Lead Auditor Evidence of independent project management of a variety of projects presenting complex issues Technical expertise and leadership, particularly in ESA/EMS/CEMP Line management and ensuring continuous technical improvement within the division Ability to independently represent the company in a client-facing role and to manage client satisfaction Line management and ensuring continuous technical improvement within the division.
