Under the guidance of the Academy Manager, the
Corporate Trainer is required to work with other members of the IFZA Academy to
identify internal and external training needs, develop training materials,
deliver training sessions, and monitor the outcomes of all sessions delivered.
The IFZA Academy aims to produce impactful training sessions across a broad
range of topics to a multicultural audience, using both face-to-face and online
delivery platforms.
Responsibilities
Planning, creating, and delivering training sessions both on site and at client offices
Identifying internal and external training needs and working with the Academy Manager and other relevant departments to develop appropriate materials and programs
Keeping abreast with the latest updates related to training courseware and best practices and international trends and research
Conducting evaluations and training needs analyses to identify areas of improvement
Maintaining a database of training materials
Supporting the Academy Manager with any tasks as required
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Corporate Trainer or other similar roles relevant to adult education
Proven experience in designing, developing, and executing classroom and online led training sessions, using different online platforms and the latest training methodologies to create impactful presentations.
Impactful training and presentation skills
Thorough understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize with high workloads.
Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of accountability
Showcasing a spirit of teamwork, respect, tolerance, and professionalism
Experience with LMS is a plus
Industry knowledge is a plus.
Valid UAE driver’s license and vehicle are advantageous.
