Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed cost estimations for high-voltage substation projects, encompassing materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and technical documents to formulate accurate and comprehensive cost estimates.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather necessary information and input for cost estimations.
- Review and analyze vendor and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitiveness and accuracy.
- Prepare and present cost estimates, proposals, and bid documents to clients.
- Support project managers during the negotiation and contract award process.
- Participate in project kickoff meetings and provide ongoing support to project teams as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new technologies related to high-voltage substations.
