Elevator Service Technicians – Dubai & Abu Dhabi, UAE
Role Summary: Elevator Service Technicians are responsible for the maintenance, repair, and service of elevator systems. Their primary objective will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of elevators, address customer service requests promptly, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on elevator systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in elevators, utilizing diagnostic tools and technical expertise to perform repairs promptly and accurately.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of elevators to identify potential hazards, malfunctions, or non-compliance with safety standards. Take appropriate measures to address any issues identified during inspections.
• Respond to service requests from clients promptly and professionally, addressing concerns and providing exceptional customer service throughout the maintenance and repair process.
• Replace faulty or worn-out elevator components, such as motors, belts, switches, and control panels, ensuring compatibility, proper installation, and adherence to manufacturer’s guidelines.
• Assist in elevator modernization projects by installing new components, upgrading control systems, and implementing technological advancements to improve elevator performance and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of service and maintenance activities, including inspection reports, repairs performed, and parts used. Generate detailed service reports for clients and internal documentation.
• Adhere to safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies during all service and repair activities, ensuring the highest level of safety for technicians and end-users.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or technical training in the elevator industry is preferred.
• Proven experience as an elevator service technician, with a strong understanding of elevator systems, mechanical, electrical, and control components.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to elevators.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in the elevator industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that may require climbing, lifting, or bending.
