Holds regular briefings for the GC and comms control colleagues
Attends regular meetings with their manager
Delegates tasks and ensures goals are met
Trains colleagues on how to use the Tunnel 3system.m
Handles customer complaints
Ensures departmental policies, procedures and performance standards are being implemented and maintained throughout their area
Review department policies and update them when necessary
Ensure inventory and stock is well managed
Preform other duties given to him/her by the operations director
Understands live promotions and helps create new ones
Ensures a smooth customer journey
Makes development plans for GC colleagues and conducts appraisals
Approves any shortages
Applies or approves a credit note when necessary
knowledge and understanding of all areas of the experience
Has the ability to manage time effectively while setting the tone of the team though modeling and leadership
Interviewing and hiring new employees
To enforce and adhere to all UAE laws, health, safety & environmental policies, industry and company rules and regulations, reporting any safety concerns or incidents to management to minimize risk and maintain a clean safe and hygienic environment for all guests and colleagues
To ensure any broken or damaged equipment is reported and monitored effectively
To manage food and beverage inventory, ordering and stocking
To lead and manage the food and beverage department
To maintain a safe and healthy working environment that is compliant with local regulations (ADFCA) and international (HACCP) best practices
To recruit, train and develop a team which passionately delivers guests service excellence
To monitor food and beverage operational, food safety and hygiene reports to be updated on the daily events in the department

To be considered for the role, you will need to have:
Bacheor Degree or equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ experience working within a theme park / climbing gym or wind tunnel
2 years working in a guest experience role
English intermediate speaking and writing skills or higher
