Job Title: NDT Level II Technicians (PAUT and Pulsed Eddy Current) Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: Depends on experience Overview:We are seeking highly skilled and experienced NDT Level II Technicians specializing in PAUT (Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing) and Pulsed Eddy Current methods. As an NDT Level II Technician, you will be responsible for performing and supervising various non-destructive testing procedures to ensure the integrity and safety of critical infrastructure. This role is integral to our inspection and quality assurance team, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct non-destructive testing using PAUT and Pulsed Eddy Current techniques to inspect welds, pipes, tanks, and other structural components.
Analyze test results to identify defects, anomalies, and inconsistencies in materials.
Prepare and maintain accurate inspection reports and documentation in accordance with industry standards.
Interpret and evaluate inspection results based on company procedures and client specifications.
Assist in developing testing procedures, protocols, and quality control plans.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Train and mentor junior technicians and provide technical support to other team members.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including proper handling and maintenance of testing equipment.
Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and advancements in NDT technologies.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in non-destructive testing, including PAUT and Pulsed Eddy Current.
Certified ASNT NDT Level II or equivalent in PAUT and Pulsed Eddy Current.
Proven experience with non-destructive testing equipment and software.
In-depth knowledge of NDT methodologies, standards, and safety regulations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret testing results and make accurate assessments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working outside India, preferably in the Middle East or other international regions.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
