Job Summary/ General Description:
Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, this position will support the marketing team
and company photographer by growing the reach and engagement of Floorworld’s platforms
through video editing. This position is responsible for help in creating, producing, and editing
TikTok, Instagram reels and YouTube videos.
Responsibilities:
Propose video ideas, topics/themes to use on for Floorworld’ social media channels
Create snappy and stylized web videos across multiple sites, in varying formats – from
longer form hosted videos for YouTube to super-fast TikTok cuts
Understanding of video editing techniques and how to hook audiences – and keep them
watching to the end
Respond to trends and be able to turn around short, punchy videos in a few hours
Incorporate motion design to add dynamic text and animated graphics to videos.
Develop new and innovative ways to tell stories across existing and emerging social
platforms.
Identify opportunities to incorporate new trends and tools on social into our brand
work.
RequirementsMust haves:
Portfolio of TikTok videos (From a personal account of business account)
Be Highly creative
