We are recruiting a UAE experienced warehouse and logistics manager who has proven experience in driving process improvement, mandatory QHSE compliance and cost saving for all inventory management and delivery activities. The role will be accountable for developing world-class warehousing and delivery operations. Role Summary
Responsible for driving continuous process improvement and cost saving - inventory management, order fulfillment, goods inwards, dispatch, route planning and delivery.
Ensure all mandatory QHSE requirements are adhered to.
Team management – hiring, onboarding, training, employee relations and performance management.
Ensure warehouse employees are adequately trained and competent within their role to ensure operational flexibility.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
8 – 10 years’ strong supply chain transformation and warehouse management experience gained in the UAE with events organizations.
Experience of implementing barcode systems is mandatory.
Proven capabilities in building a strong warehouse operations team - ability to coach mentor effectively and motivate all warehousing staff.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook is mandatory.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
Education
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory – preferably in Warehousing or Supply Chain Management

Currently living in the United Arab Emirates - must be able to live and work in Dubai.
Fluent in English.
Well-presented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be able to work weekends, public holidays, early mornings and late evenings.
