Today, we are looking for a Commercial Reporting Analyst to join our team in Algeria.



This role is based in Algiers.



Your ‘day to day’:



- Perform data and information governance across different organization systems for performance tracking.

- Lead implementation within data systems of new documents and roles.

- Maintain the organizational structure of data governance, master data management, data quality control and information management in a way that is fully compatible with applicable quality management systems.

- Provide timely updated reports regarding field force performances & IMS.

- Lead and enhance data collection processes related to field force performance & IMS via manual or digital automated templates/tools.

- Conduct End to End analysis in support of the management and the business needs and provide consistent solutions at short and long terms to answer PMI standards, along with ad-hoc requests.

- Provide gap analysis, mitigation proposals and ensure a proper follow up.

- Coordinate acquisition of existing internal/external data used in the systems with proper taxonomy application.

- Establish the guidelines of master data management and data integration (BI and data warehouse) to ensure data flows and data quality controls are comprehensively and consistently documented.

- Liaise with business and IS team to ensure proper data flows while ensuring proper data integrity and system evolution is applied.



Who we’re looking for:



- Experience in data visualization and design thinking.

- Excellent problem solving, data-driven thinking and analytical skills.

- Competency in Business Intelligence reporting tools such as Power BI (preferred).

- Experience in project management.

- Fluency in English & French both written & spoken.
