We’re looking for a Customer Order Specialist Intern to join our Commercial Operations Team in Egypt, Cairo

As a Customer Order Specialist your responsibilities will encompass the complete cycle from order receipt to delivery, along with the associated reporting tasks.

What you’ll do
  • Verify order availability and draft delivery proposals, offering alternatives as necessary.
  • Update order statuses and escalate any discrepancies.
  • Review complex orders for technical and commercial accuracy.
  • Handle special order cases, combined shipments, and address issues with items missing or not functioning on arrival.
  • Oversee the digital sales order creation process.
  • Conduct monthly reports on order receipts, deliveries, sales, and inventory levels.
  • Confirm and validate sales orders by cross-referencing and checking for accurate information.
  • Oversee sales orders from confirmation to delivery and dispatch.
  • Maintain and manage customer data accurately.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints through multiple communication channels.
  • Coordinate manual order processes for intricate projects, ensuring timely milestone deliveries and billing.
Your qualifications
  • Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Speed & Execution mindset.
  • Communicates with impact.
  • Graduate with Supply Chain
  • Proficiency in English, French, and Arabic is a prerequisite for this position.
