Position Summary:
He/she as the Global Project Office Manager (POM), is a PMO Team member seconded within the project to lead the operational missions including:
Support the GPM in planning and following the weekly meeting, monthly meetings. Ensure proper tracking of all Project actions
Essential Functions / Key Areas Responsibility:
Regarding the activities which are delegated to him/her, the Project Office Manager (POM), performs the following actions with the support of relevant experts:
◾Structuring and planning: provide assistance to the Project Manager when defining the PBS, WBS, OBS, Master Schedule and RAM - Consolidate corresponding workload.
◾Consolidating CBB/EAC: liaising with the Finance Controller, consolidate budget and costs, perform gap analysis
◾Managing Risks & Opportunities: elaborate and maintain the Risks & Opportunities Register, track risk mitigation and opportunities shaping plans
◾Producing KPIs: prepare reporting and ensure action plan follow-up
◾Managing data: define and implement data management plan, prepare corresponding deliverables
◾Managing configuration makes sure that the configuration management activities are planned (Configuration Management Plan or PMP) and performed by the relevant persons in charge (configuration manager, SEM, Industrial Manager, SvEM, etc.) and coordinates the associated deliverables
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience working on projects
