Intouch.com is a two-sided media network in which physical retailers use Intouch Live to enroll their in-store screens, and advertisers use Intouch Ads to buy ad slots on these same screens.


The problem we’re solving


Digital retailers use data to study shoppers’ online behavior, predict their needs, and eliminate any friction points in the decision-making process. As a result, they provide shopping journeys that are very low on cognitive stress and therefore high on conversions/revenue. The problem is that digital-born retailers are moving to the offline world to increase their market share, and physical retailers are lacking the technology to compete with the complex data models digital ones have.

Job Purpose


We are seeking an experienced Head of Product with a proven track record in leading product development, management, and innovation, particularly in the retail media space. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse team comprising Product Management, Product Design, and Tech Support, while driving innovation and creating comprehensive strategies to maintain and enhance product health. This role demands a visionary leader who can merge customer insights with technology trends to develop products that meet market needs and exceed customer expectations. The Head of Product will play a crucial role in shaping the product's future, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, and establishing a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the team. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management, an ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.


Job Responsibilities


      • Lead the Product Management, Product Design, and Tech Support teams, ensuring cohesive and strategic collaboration across all product-related functions.
      • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives in the retail media space.
      • Innovate within the product portfolio, identifying opportunities for new features, enhancements, and technologies that meet evolving market demands and customer needs.
      • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development through to launch, evaluation, and iteration, ensuring products achieve market success.
      • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the product team, encouraging innovation, experimentation, and learning.
      • Collaborate closely with other departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Engineering, to ensure product strategies are integrated and aligned with company-wide initiatives.
      • Manage and mentor product team members, supporting their professional development and ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to excel in their roles.
      • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage insights for product development and positioning.
      • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, making data-driven decisions to guide product strategy and improvements.
      • Serve as the primary product evangelist, internally and externally, articulating the product vision, value proposition, and benefits to stakeholders, customers, and partners.
      • Ensure the product backlog is prioritized in alignment with strategic goals, managing trade-offs and making tough decisions as needed to maintain product health and momentum.
      • Champion user experience and design thinking principles within the product development process, ensuring products are user-centric and deliver exceptional value to customers.
      • Address technical challenges and customer feedback swiftly and strategically, working with the Tech Support and Engineering teams to devise effective solutions.
      • Cultivate strong relationships with external partners and vendors, exploring opportunities for collaboration, integration, and co-innovation in the retail media ecosystem.

Work Environment


The Head of Product role is situated in a modern, office-based environment that strikes a balance between a professional, goal-oriented atmosphere and a casual, agile setting conducive to creativity and collaboration. This position entails standard working hours with the flexibility to accommodate the demands of product management, including client meetings, travel for industry events, and potential remote work opportunities. Experience


      • Over 7 years of experience in product management within the tech industry, especially with a focus on retail media or a related sector.
      • Demonstrated capability in leading product teams and successfully bringing innovative products to market.
      • In-depth experience with strategic product planning, execution, and lifecycle management.
      • Proven track record in adopting Agile methodologies to drive product development and innovation.
      • Solid understanding and application of product design principles and customer experience optimization.
      • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and sales, to achieve product goals.
      • Ability to leverage data analytics for decision-making and product improvements.

Education, Certifications, and Training


      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Product Design, Engineering, or a related field.
      • Certifications in Product Management, Agile methodologies, or Leadership Development are highly beneficial.

Language Skills


      • Excellent command of the English language, with strong capabilities in writing, speaking, reading, and listening. Additional languages like Spanish are a plus.

Technical Skills


      • Proficiency in utilizing product management tools and platforms to streamline development and collaboration.
      • Knowledge of the latest technologies and how they can be applied to create innovative product solutions.
      • Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable products.
      • Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies to inform product strategy and user engagement.
      • Skills in financial modeling and analysis to support product investment decisions and measure ROI.
