Develop and maintain effective partnerships with Technology and Retail stakeholders to understand business needs and provide strategic HR guidance.

Support onboarding processes, ensuring new hires receive proper orientation.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, specifically related to the Fintech industry, and apply them to enhance HR strategies and programs.
Partner with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives and foster a positive work environment.
Collaborate with the Compensation and Benefits team to ensure competitive and fair compensation and benefits programs for employees.
Responsible for End-to-end management for all people-related issues with the assistance of the different HR “Center of Expertise”
Act as the main focal point for employees and provide them with guidance and support on HR-related matters.
