The L&D Consultant will work to understand the clients’ needs, solution design and development in cooperation with the instructional designer and implement effective L&D solutions.
Operational Roles & Responsibilities:
Designs technical and financial proposals in response to client's RFPs.
Delivers a variety of training workshops to clients through different channels.
Manages and participates in the full learning cycle, including needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
Creates course materials and learning aids that support content delivery and skills assessments.
Initiates new learning programs that are up to date to meet market needs and help Tharwah client base.
Maintains a high level of customer responsiveness and addresses clients’ needs as requested within accurate deadlines.
Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and makes recommendations for improvement.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
Supports other functions/ departments whenever needed and convenient.
Builds and maintains effective business relationships with Tharwah team and clients.
Identifies training or process improvement opportunities and provides recommendations.
Coaches the clients to identify gap analysis and training needs and to determine the most suitable solutions that address these needs.
Develops or selects learning aids, such as training workbooks, participant guides, infographics, videos, hands on e-learning tutorials and reference materials.
Works closely with the HR team to identify the Organization’s learning needs.
Performs other related duties as required.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Masters is preferred)
Must be well-versed in instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, Handshaw, CCAF
Must be fluent in Arabic and English language skills (writing, speaking, listening, comprehension)
Professional certificationsuch as APTD, CCMP/Prosci, SHRM-SCP/CP, Lead 4 Success, TOT, instructional design for instructor-led training, instructional design for e-Learning, instructional design for virtual training
Knowledge of HR and/or leadership is highly recommended
