Job Responsibilities:- Greet, communicate with and welcome guests
- Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints
- Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed
- Prepare and manage outgoing mail
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Monitor office supplies
- Make supply orders when needed
- Monitor and update records and files.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Previous experience as Front Desk or similar role
- Intermediate level of English language
- Excellent in MS office
- Good communication skills
Working Conditions:. - Location: New Cairo
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
