Peruvian Chef:

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Peruvian dishes.
• Source and select high-quality, authentic Peruvian ingredients.
• Oversee kitchen operations.
• Monitor food quality and consistency.

Educational and skill requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef with specialization in Peruvian cuisine
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification
• Knowledge of Peruvian culinary traditions, ingredients, and techniques
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Creativity and innovation in menu development

Hotel Overview:  Overlooking one of Cairo’s most beautiful Nile views, Nile City Towers complex is a business destination claim to Egypt’s corporate success. Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): 

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps.

Visa Requirements: Must be legally permitted to work in Egypt.
